We guarantee that if you find the same merchandise priced less online or on any website within 30 days, including the same terms and warranty, we will match it.

Payment Options

Alman’s accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing with No Interest for 6 months through GE Money. (Click Here to Apply!) Checks and money orders are also accepted upon approval from our sales office. Orders typically take 2-4 weeks production time at the factory, but could take as many as 8 weeks. After that, it typically takes 1-4 weeks for the furniture to be shipped from our warehouse to your home.


Most of our orders are delivered via White Glove, In Home delivery. With this service, our delivery men will un-package the furniture, bring it in your home, place it in the room of your choice, and will handle light assembly. After over 70 years in the furniture business, our experience tells us this is by far the best way to have your furniture delivered. You can save money and opt for curbside delivery, and then bring the merchandise in to the home yourself, however you will be responsible for any damages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the furniture will fit through hallways, doorways, and staircases. Alman’s will not be responsible for items that will not fit into your home. The customer will still be responsible for payment of these items and will not be due a refund. Additionally, our delivery men will not move items weighing more than 300lbs up stairways without additional movers. These movers are to be supplied by the customer, at the customer’s expense.

We do not remove the packaging or boxes from which the merchandise arrives in at time of delivery. You have to dispose of the packaging/boxes yourself.

Damages Policy

In the rare event that your merchandise would arrive damaged at your home, you must refuse the specific damaged item, and note it on the Bill of Lading. The item will then be returned to our warehouse for restoration or to be completely replaced at our expense. All damaged items must be noted on the bill of lading and refused at the time of delivery. There is no charge for re-delivery if the item is refused at the time of the original delivery.

If, after the delivery has been made, and the furniture is in your home, you notice damage or manufacturing defects, you have 48 hours after the delivery has been made to notify us. In this occurrence, Alman’s will notify the delivery company for pickup and have the item restored, replaced and re-delivered. Note that there may be additional delivery charges for re-delivering of these items.

Minor Damage: If your furniture has minor damages to removable parts (hardware, knobs, pulls, etc.,) we can in most cases send replacement parts free of charge. This is usually much easier and less expensive than replacing the entire piece of furniture. If you are unsure about whether or not your damage is considered “minor,” it always a good idea to contact us!

Order Cancellations/Refunds

Orders can only be canceled IF they can be canceled with the manufacturer. If your order is already in production with the manufacturer and production cannot be stopped, then your order with Alman’s cannot be canceled and you will be responsible for payment.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations as long as the merchandise is received under the terms of this contract.
